I bought the CD version of Episode 3 when it first came out and it froze up. A corrected version was made and I downloaded that but it never did work any better. Got any suggestions? As you can see, I have not been on this board for ages. I just had gotten discouraged.

Hi Syl,

here are some suggestions:

1. Make sure you've downloaded the complete installation file, which should be ~1.3 MBytes.
2. Let me know when exactly the program freezes (right at start-up or later) and if you've never had such problem with the first 2 episodes.

I have decided to give it another try. I bought episode e on CD. How can I get another copy without paying again? I did not have any problems with the first two and even the editor works with them..

I downloaded episode 3 and it seemed to run OK. After I got through the first couple of screens, it asked for the registration key. I cannot find one. I had bought episode 3 on CD before.. Help..........
